Answers to the usual questions.

How do I cancel Maestro Plus?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Maestro. Cancelling stops the renewal — you keep Plus until the period you have already paid for ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I subscribed, but Plus isn't showing up.

Open the Maestro Plus screen in the app and tap Restore Subscription — it re-checks your Apple Account. If it still does not appear, write to us and mention the Apple Account you bought it with, and we will sort it out.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for anything bought on the App Store are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase. We are not able to issue them ourselves.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. You sign in with Apple once to confirm, and your account record and sessions are permanently removed from our server; your paths, lessons and progress are wiped on your devices too. If you would also like the anonymous usage counters we keep for quotas cleared, write to us and we will do it.

A lesson got something wrong.

It can happen — lessons are written by AI, grounded in sources it cites. Tell us the topic and what was off. It is genuinely the most useful message you can send us, and it is how the teaching gets better.

Is Maestro accessible?

It is built to be. Type scales with Dynamic Type all the way up, colours have an Increase Contrast variant, the app works with VoiceOver, and any lesson can be read aloud. If something does not work for you, tell us — that is a bug, and we want it.

What do I get for free?

10 lessons a month, with every feature of the app. Maestro Plus raises that to 100 a month and puts the most capable model to work.

Which devices does Maestro run on?

iPhone, on iOS 26 or later, with an Apple Watch companion.
